Just Planet Sunbury is an Artisan Coffee Roaster and Espresso Bar who has built a business around sourcing fairtrade organic coffee and sustainable gifts.
This little coffee shop is more than the eye can see, it not only has deliciously velvet coffee but is a roastery of fair trade organic coffee. Norman has established a business around sourcing coffee and driving profit back into the communities whom produce it.
The espresso was rich and strong and the latté was smooth and easy to drink. I would rate this experience as one of the best places to grab a coffee in Sunbury. Today's beans were from PNG and they often have Colombian and Mexican, so worth coming back time after time to try something new.
