The La Petite Bourke café is located in Little Bourke Street Melbourne and is French inspired.
On the day that I woke up to the horrific news that the famous Notre Dame Cathedral was on fire and burning down, I decided to send my solidarity to the French people and grab a latte on my way to the office this morning in this quaint little French inspired café.
They use a Ruggero coffee machine (same style as the one I learnt on). They have an awesome selection of pastries. The latte was strong and bold and contained nice floral notes. The café only offers inside seating which is very pleasant. All in all a very enjoyable start to what is a sorrowed day for the French and the World.
