The Federici Bistro located in the historic Princess Theatre in Spring Street Melbourne is a special kind of place.
This café and bar is located in the historic Princess Theatre and provides a very relaxing atmosphere, with its jazzy tunes and 1930s style attire. The staff at Federici are very friendly and welcoming. There is booth seating located inside and French café style seating outside, underneath market umbrellas.
They use a La Marzocco coffee machine and are supplied with a special blend from Dukes Coffee Roasters, which provides a creamy, full bodied latte with a hint of caramel reserved to the after palette experience. The latte was robust with a creaminess that was very enjoyable.
