At my office headquarters in Brisbane this afternoon, Sharing Minds, attempting to make barista style coffees for the team and a few clients.

Having learnt about my recent barista course completion (well in fact I broadcast it so of course they heard), the headquarters team said you have to come up to Brisbane to make us a decent coffee. Thanks my colleagues we were able to find an old coffee machine to make espresso. The milk wand didn't work so we ended up frothing milk using a nespresso machine.
One of my other colleagues produced a fantastic CoffeeCatchup pop-up café sign and also found some fantastic coffee (Fonzie Abbott) from the local coffee shop.
The café was only open for a short time (about an hour or so) and I managed to make 9 coffees. Due to the milk wand not working they all had to be flat whites. Maybe next time they will purchase a new coffee machine so I can show off my milk texturing skills.
My #CoffeeCatchup rating is 5.0/5☕ - of course I am biased. :)
