In the heart of the trendy King Street café and restaurant district is this cultural experience Kuhl-Cher Coffee.
It is all about the coffee culture at Kuhl-Cher Coffee, from the six single origin beans that come together with special care to produce a very unique blend through to the passion that is expressed from Renee for every coffee related. This experience has been one of the better ones I have had in a long time. The Kuhl-Cher blend provides a sharp bitter note which is robust, full bodied with intense flavours that change during the course of the consumption. The café is spacious and inviting with indoor setting that feels like you are outside which is highly appropriate for any Brisbane café.
Ask Renee about the roasting process and have an exploration and lesson on the origins and processes involved in roasting. If you time it well you may be able to see some beans being roasted in their onsite roaster. Overall, this was a very cultured and enjoyable experience and one I highly recommend.
