Conveniently located at the bottom of King Street corner of St Pauls Tce in Fortitude Valley is The George Bar & Bistro, a busy hive of activity for the morning coffee rush.
Stopping by this busy little hive of activity this morning on my way to see clients. The George is conveniently located at the end of the trendy King Street area in Fortitude Valley. They offer a number of breakfast items from bircher muesli, croissants, avocado smash on toast and of course eggs and bacon. They are also a licensed establishment so you are able to return later in the day for a checking after work drink.
The latte was a very mild roast using Allpress Espresso beans, not the typical full bodied roast most cafés serve. The flavour profile was fruity and left a clean palette. If you like a mild strength easy to drink coffee in the morning then this is a place for you.
